Openness of Local Government Bodies Regulation 2014.

Full Plan (FP) Application Decisions

 

 

 

Approved

“Approved” denotes that the supporting documentation to the Full Plans application submitted under regulation 12 (2) (b) of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) have been checked for compliance with the relevant requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and found to be satisfactory.

 

Approved with Conditions

 

“Approved with Conditions” denotes that the supporting documentation to the Full Plans application submitted under regulation 12 (2) (b) of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) have been checked for compliance with the relevant requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and found to be satisfactory. Conditions refers to information that has not yet been submitted and should be submitted to the council for checking/ approval purposes prior to that part of the works commencing.

 

Approved with Conditions and Notes

 

“Approved with Conditions and Notes” denotes that the supporting documentation to the Full Plans application submitted under regulation 12 (2) (b) of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) have been checked for compliance with the relevant requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and found to be satisfactory. Conditions refers to information that has not yet been submitted and should be submitted to the council for checking/ approval purposes prior to that part of the works commencing. Notes highlights important information that is necessary to show compliance and which has been omitted from the submitted plans.

 

Approved with Notes

Notes highlights important information that is necessary to show compliance and which has been omitted from the submitted plans.

 

Rejected

“Rejected” denotes that the supporting documentation to the Full Plans application submitted under regulation 12 (2) (b) of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) have been checked for compliance with the relevant requirements of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and found to be defective or shows a contravention that is not appropriate to approve subject to conditions.

 

 

Building Notice (BN) Application

 

Accepted

“Accepted” denotes that a Building Notice application submitted under regulation 12 (2) (a) of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) and any particulars and plans provided under regulation 13 of the Building Regulations 2010 (as amended) have been accepted as a valid application to the council.

 

 

Initial Notice (IN)

 

Received

“Received” denotes the date that an Initial Notice given in accordance with Section 47 of the Building Act 1984 has been accepted as valid.
