Enter the planning application number above to view the application. The application number needs to be in the following format: B/yy/#### or you can also search by address, post code, applicant name, agent name or proposal.

Alternatively, applications are available for viewing by appointment at the Council Offices. For appointments please e-mail a request to planning@boston.gov.uk.

If you would like to receive a copy of the weekly list please send an email to planning@boston.gov.uk stating that you would like to be added to list of recipients. The weekly lists run each weekend for all the applications received as valid and determined for the previous week.

You can be removed at anytime by emailing the same address.

When commenting on an application you should bear in mind that planning is about the use of land and the control of development for the public interest, e.g. what a new building looks like in the street, the effects of an access on highway safety, the general appearance of the countryside, economic benefits accruing to the area etc. Private interests like property values, and competition between companies for instance will rarely affect a decision.

As a result of negotiations the submitted details may change and only if the changes are significant will this application be re-advertised.

Please be aware that if you submit any comments they will be available for public inspection and may be passed to the applicant so that they might seek to address objections. However, by virtue of the Data Protection Act 1998 only your address would be publically accessible and all other personal contact information (email address, telephone number, for example) will remain confidential. If you feel that additional controls need to be put in place to protect your details, please make this clear in your reply along with a reason. Anonymous representations are not taken into account since they cannot be acknowledged.
