In 2017 Boston Borough Council exercised its power under the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 to make a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for the controlling of dogs.

The council is looking to extend the PSPO for a further three years and are seeking your views.

Council officers will be on the market on Wednesday, October 16 until 2pm asking members of the public to complete a survey to gather their views on extending the current PSPO for dog controls.

They will also be available to talk about other environmental issues such as littering and fly-tipping and any other environmental crime offences.

The survey is also available to fill out online at https://www.snapsurveys.com/wh/s.asp?k=157053211997

Deadline for responses is midnight on Thursday, November 7, 2019.
