Boston Borough Council’s Licensing Sub-Committee has revoked 2 Licences for the sale of alcohol following receiving an application to review the licences from the Chief Officer of Lincolnshire Police. The sub-committee revoked the licences for European Food, 43 Wide Bargate and Boston Supermarket, 8 George Street, Boston.  Both Premises Licence Holders have 21 days to appeal the sub-committee’s decision.  Alcohol can be sold during the appeal period and if they appeal sales can continue until the appeal is dealt with by the Magistrates’ Court.  The decisions can be read in full at  https://moderngov.boston.gov.uk/ieListMeetings.aspx?CId=171&Year=0
