Vouchers should be presented to staff as either the e-mail of text message, codes handed to staff on pieces of paper do not provided the details the need to process
If you have any problems redeeming your vouchers call the PayPoint helpline on 0330 400 0002 (local rate number)
If it is an ‘energy credit voucher’ for pre-payment meter please make sure you have your gas card, electricity key or Smart Meter card with you
If your voucher states that you need to provide identification, please make sure you take it with you. Accepted identification includes a driving licence, bank statement or utility bill
You cannot redeem your vouchers at Payzone outlets
Your voucher will expire on the date shown and can only be used once
PayPoint is a free to use service and you should not be asked to pay a fee or be asked to purchase any goods from the store as a condition of using the service. Any issues of this sort should be reported to PayPoint at enquiries@paypoint.com
